*Start at JMU Studio Center, 106 West Grace Street, Harrisonburg, VA

*Parking also available at Gaines Group Architects (141 West Bruce Street, Harrisonburg, VA) Meet at 4:15pm to walk together to the JMU Studio Center

Itinerary:

4:15 pm any out of town guest meet at Gaines Group Architects to park

4:30 pm JMU AIAS and NOMAS students to give a tour of the JMU studios and talk briefly (10 minutes) about their program

5:00 pm head up to Gaines Group Architects office (141 W. Bruce St. Suite 201 (no elevator)

5:15 pm food and drink provided, tour of office, short presentation (10 minutes) on Gaines Group Architects firm and what it is like to work in a small firm with two office locations

5:30 pm head to Blueline (across the street from Gaines) 

5:40 pm food and drink provided, tour of office, short presentation (10 minutes) on Blueline and what it is like to work in a firm with offices across the country on larger scale projects

6:10 pm head over the Pale Fire for dinner and drinks on your own (217 S Liberty St. #105, across the street from both architectural firms)
