We have a special event in the works with UVA AIAS, but need your help to make it happen! UVA Architecture students are looking to gain interview experience and AIA Central Virginia members can help by signing up for mock/informational interviews. All interviews are low pressure, no job on the line! But could certainly lead to a professional connection. Please read all details ahead of committing.
Event Details:
When: Wednesday, April 12th, 5:30 – 7:30pm
Where: UVA Bishop Conference Room 220B (or the Shure Outdoor Classroom, weather depending)
How: UVA students will submit their portfolio and resume to a designated Dropbox file by April 3rd. Each volunteer AIA CV reviewer will then be assigned (4) students whose work they should review briefly before April 12th. On the evening of the event, there will be four (4) 30 min interview rounds. Each round will consist of a 20 min one-on-one interview followed by a 10 min group discussion.
